LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

A new approach to the outdated leadership academy format. Check out our 3 step process fitted for developing team captains.

Step 1: Educate for Awareness (WOrkshops)

The first step helps us educate for the awareness of certain mental models.

Step 2: Mentor for Application (1:1 w/ Athletes)

The second step is needed so that we can then make these concepts more contextual to the athlete. It is during this step that most of the learning occurs as we move them from a state of passive learning to a state of active learning by asking more questions that guide them through certain thought processes. The goal is to get them to get used to thinking for themselves and improve their clarity and decision-making.

Step 3: Experience for Development (1:1 w/ Coaches)

The third step allows us to work with the coach and make sure all parties are on the same page, but this is also where we work with the coaches to create intentional, meaningful experiences to develop leadership skillsets to their full potential.

Our partnership includes 3 phases to help ramp-up your academy and then hand-it back off to you if you desire so that you can run it yourself with all of the resources, and processes to do it successfully.

PHASE 1 (Semester 1)

The establishment of your Veteran’s Leadership Program - 3 Virtual Workshops

Buy-In and alignment from the entire athletic departments - 1 Meeting

Up to 10, 1:1 meetings with the athletes in the veteran leadership program

Up to 10, 1:1 meeting with coaches

Unlimited access for Athletic Department Leadership for ongoing consulting and feedback

PHASE 2 (Semester 2)

The establishment of your Emerging Leadership Program - 3 Virtual Workshops

The Second round of your Veteran’s Leadership Program - 3 Virtual Workshops

Captain and Coach Facilitation - 5 Sessions

Provision of resources (books, app, workshop material) for a successful hand-off

Leadership X - Facilitation of a leadership retreat (Separate Price)
